The FACE Act has been used recently by the Biden administration to press
charges against pro-life activists with alarming frequency. There have not
been any notable arrests connected to the barrage of attacks made by
pro-abortion extremists since a draft version of the Dobbs decision leaked
from the US Supreme Court this summer.

The FBI footage shows two masked vandals exiting a Dodge Dart, smashing the
windows of the pregnancy clinic, and throwing something at the building.
Clinic CEO Jim Harden expressed frustration that the FBI only released 18
seconds of the 90-second-long video that he has been trying to retrieve from
police for several months.
Further, the FBI censored the video by covering the license plate number on
the car. Harden was told by the FBI that the video was censored
because “there’s key information in the video that they want to withhold
from the public so that when they finally do get information leading to an
arrest, the lack of information provided in the video can corroborate the
testimony given by the person who’s giving the information about the
perpetrators.”
