Trump mulls pro-life judge, pro-abortion Giuliani among replacements for AG Sessions
With President Donald Trump firing embattled Attorney General Jeff Sessions (pictured) the day after the 2018 midterm elections, speculation abounds as to who will be selected as his replacement.
The New York Daily News reports that among them are Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Fox News reports that retired California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown is also being considered, and an aide to South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham vociferously denied his boss would take the job.
