Court orders return of abortion records
The Kansas Supreme Court has ordered Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline to turn over abortion patients' medical records.
The records are key evidence in a criminal case Kline filed in October 2007 against a clinic operated by Planned Parenthood in Overland Park. His 107 charges allege the clinic falsified documents and performed illegal late-term abortions.
