How Can USA Excuse Murder Of Children?   Cardinal Stafford does not favor torture, negligence of the poor, nor the other misrepresentations leveled against him. He wishes to see policies that lift up the individual in dignity, rather than keeping him down. No doubt he is hopeful for our country. What he decries, as I do, is our genocidal attitude toward the unborn, which our president-elect has promised to continue and expand.
