The U.S. House of Representatives will vote on Sept. 17 or 18 on the Defund Planned Parenthood Act (H.R. 3134), sponsored by Rep. Diane Black (R-Tn.). We strongly support this legislation. The bill would place a moratorium on federal funding to all affiliates of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), which is the nation's largest abortion provider, performing more than one-third of all of the abortions in the U.S.
